Permanent exhibition on Egypt was the year 1987 when Mr. Gustavo Cabanillas, President of Gaselec, he traveled for the first time to Egypt. Seduced by history and ancient culture of this country, he began to form a small private collection maintained replicas of the most emblematic pieces found in Egyptian territory. His continuous travels did to this country greatly expanding its collection. On September 17, 2003 was born the permanent exhibition on Egypt of the Foundation Gaselec. It was an altruistic attempt to its founder to publicize all those wonders in their journeys.
A replica exact of the bust of Nefertiti, a copy of the stone Rosetta or a tomb Egyptian sacked are some of the wonders that offers this Museum, that with more than 850 reproductions of authentic parts of the old Egypt aims to convert is in a place interactive in which large and small enjoy not only of a museum but of a set of activities complementary as a computer that translates our words to the language of them hieroglyphic or a room that It offers more than 50 documentaries on Egyptian civilizations.
The Museum, hosted in the room of exhibitions of the Foundation Gaselec, has three plants ordered of the following way:

GROUND FLOOR.
Without be related with Egypt or with the world of the Pharaohs, it more striking of this plant is a huge door of 1.893 of it House headquarters of it guard Civil of Melilla, that was recovered by Gaselec when is demolished the building, located in the area of the Mantelletta.
Approximately some 250 photographs on Egypt and other so many reproductions in miniature of statues Egyptian fill this room, in which also there is a small shop for all that that want to carry is a remember of your immersion in this peculiar visit to the legendary country.
First floor. The jewel of this section is a reproduction of the tomb of Tutankhamun, by Juan José Llorens, where the visitor can contemplate in detail the inside of the pyramid and discover all its passageways and accesses to the burial chamber. Next to her big flat us reveal how were the main cities of the old Egypt and who them ruled. With detail is explained the dynasty of Tutankhamon, how was his tomb and when and by who was discovered. Throughout a tour by the discovery of one of the hidden treasures in Egypt.
Also on this floor we can find inside an Egyptian Tomb ransacked in which more of 50 documentaries, half an hour each, we explain the history of the Pharaohs, what were their gods or what was the best way to embalm a mummy. In this room do not forget to visit the bath room, a curious surprise is hidden behind the door.

SECOND FLOOR.
"I see things wonderful". These were the only words that was right to pronounce Howard Carter to see the interior of the tomb of Pharaoh Tutankhamun for the first time. It was the month of November 1922 when after more than seven years of relentless pursuit were the Pharaonic Tomb. Exact replicas of the original treasures that were found there and an exhaustive of what analysis it was the work of the archaeologists Howard Carter and Lord Carnarvon in the Valley of the Kings make up the great claim of this plant, in which we also find an exact copy of the sarcophagus of Tutankhamun, 65 panels with over 275 photographs and a wide technical information about what happened in the opening of the burial chamber.
But the exciting world of hieroglyphs could not leave behind. In this plant there is a space entirely dedicated to the Rosetta Stone, with its countless scholars. A section dedicated to how is fed them inhabitants of the ancient Egypt not is the only curiosity of this plant, in which also is are realistic reproductions of Mummies and more than 850 replicas of parts old placed by themes.
